About
Scheme administrators can schedule courses and allocate Instructors, referring to a scheduler showing current bookings, Instructor availability and travel distances.
Instructors can record their availability and update it any time, and submit themselves for private training opportunities that become available.
Schools can request training, confirm, cancel or request changes to bookings, submit support requests, download course resources, evaluate training undertaken.
Members of the general public can purchase private training or to book on to a public course set up by scheme administrators.
Administrators can also use a host of support functions, including setting up Instructor CPD, creating online risk assessments with mapping, creating new course types, processing Instructor pay and expense claims, creating various reports and data downloads, add posts to an onsite newsletter for Instructors, send bulk emails, create work email addresses for Instructors, create automatic scheduled emails and other functions.
The system was commissioned by Surrey County Council Cycle Training Team and developed by Weblaunch Limited. It has been in operational use for over three years and continually developed. It is based on our many years of experience delivering cycle training and our aim has been to make the administration of the scheme more efficient and increase our capacity.
